obese. That number has more than doubled over the last three decades

70% chance of becoming overweight or obese adults, resulting in
numerous health problems including heart disease and diabetes. Our
Kid's Training Program will teach your child the healthy habits they
can utilize their entire lives. Our certified instructors will use
safe, fun and effective techniques that constantly change to motivate
